The crystal healing industry is growing rapidly in popularity as more and more of us are starting to embrace the benefits of working with crystals. With so many sources all around the world, both online and in-store, it can be difficult to know where your crystals originally came from and if they have been ethically sourced.

The suppliers we use source crystals from all over the world having established an international network of trusted companies and individuals. The suppliers we use have years of experience and have taken the care to find the best people to work with, visiting them where possible and personally selecting the crystals. Although crystals are not registered as Fair Trade Products, our suppliers assure us their products have been mined under safe conditions, with workers in secure environments and receiving fair substantial wages.

We will always be fully transparent about where our products have come from.

All our crystals and crystal products displayed on our website are genuine unless otherwise stated. We try to provide as much information as we can about each crystal, including the source country. Some stones, such as Goldstone are actually man made. If this is ever the case, it will be clearly labelled in the description.

The crystals you select from our website will be the crystals you receive, unless stated. We will state if certain Crystals will be intuitively chosen for you. Some of the crystals we have chosen have natural flaws. Significant flaws will be highlighted in the descriptions.

Each crystal has been hand chosen, making each and every one unique. To ensure that all of our crystals are available to all of our lovely customers, we do not reserve or hold items. We want all of our customers to be able to purchase the crystals they are drawn to.

All your crystals are cleansed using sage and incense prior to shipping.

We aim to send yours parcels 1-2 days after the order has been received.

Delivery costs are automatically calculated on the total price and weight of your order.

We offer FREE UK delivery on orders over £100. This will be posted using Royal Mail 48hr Tracking. Tracking codes are provided at time of postage. This service offers coverage upto £100 compensation.

For orders under £100 the following prices apply.

Items under 22g, jewellery or tumblestones are posted via Royal Mail Large Letter, normally delivered in 2-3 business days. This is charged at £2.70.

Packages upto 2kg are charged at a flat rate of £5.00
Packages upto 5kg are charged at a flat rate of £10.00

Packages are posted via Royal Mail 48hrs Tracked Delivery service. Tracking codes will be sent once your items have been posted.

International delivery is available upon request.

All the packaging used by Anu Crystal can be recycled, including the pink bubblewrap.
At times we will also reuse packaging from our suppliers to reduce waste. The packing peanuts are to be dissolved in water.

If you wish to cancel your order or return your items please contact us at returns@anucrystal.co.uk You have the right to change your mind from the moment your order is placed, then up to 14 days from when you receive your items. Once you have notified us of the return, you then have a further 14 days to post the items back to us.

The items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Please make sure they are well packaged for their return journey. A refund will then be issued within 14 days of us receiving the items. If the items have not been received within 14 days we will require proof of postage before a refund is issued. It is recommended to return the items via tracked postage.

When returning unwanted goods, please note that we do not normally refund postage costs. If you are returning all items initially purchased, Anu Crystal will refund the initial postage costs.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your parcel at returns@anucrystal.co.uk . Please include images of the damaged item. Items that have natural flaws are not considered as damaged. Items that have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Once we receive your email, we will then contact you to discuss your options.

If we have asked for an item to be returned please ensure this has been well packaged for the journey. Anu Crystal will arrange for the cost of return postage.

All prices shown on our website are in Pounds Stirling for one item, unless otherwise stated.
Prices include VAT. Prices of crystals can vary based on the source and quality.
We accept all major Debit and Credit card payments which are processed through the secure payment gateway Stripe. We also accept Apple Pay. We now offer ClearPay that allows payment to be split across 4 payments. Anu Crystal does not store your payment information.

Digital Gift Cards will be available soon.
These will be available in the following amounts: £5, £10, £20, £50 and £100
Once the gift card has been purchased, you will receive an email containing the digital card, alongside instructions on how to use it. Our gift card can be used for multiple orders.

As standard you will receive a confirmation email with invoice, notification that we have received payment and a dispatch notification. Approximately 10 days after your purchase you will receive an email asking for feedback on your experience and your purchases.
